About Pacific Realty Co.

Pacific Realty Co. was cofounded in 1922 by Alphonse Pechoultres and has been a family-owned business ever since. Serving the entire Bay Area, Pacific Realty Co. remains one of the oldest real estate brokerages in San Francisco.

Bob A. Pechoultres


 

Bob Pechoultres was born, raised and educated in San Francisco. He is the third generation principle/owner of Pacific Realty – established in 1922. He is a residential and commercial real estate broker. As an insurance broker he specializes in commercial and personal lines.


With four decades of experience Bob has created long term relationships with clients, real estate and insurance brokers and real estate attorneys. He has

guided both old and new clients through their changing real estate needs from first homes to investments in San Francisco residential income properties to commercial income properties throughout the United States.

A native French speaker from Nice, Laurent has been in San Francisco since 1982. With an extensive background in marketing and interior design as well as a thorough knowledge of all San Francisco neighborhoods and surrounding Bay Area cities, Laurent looks to custom tailor his business to meet your needs as a buyer or a seller and is constantly improving his services based on client feedback. His family has been a part of the real estate landscape in San Francisco since 1906 and he is proud to continue the tradition that his great-grandfather began.
